Anthoytpe is a Photographic porcess that makes use ot organic, plant based dyes in order to create photosensitive emulsion that can be used to caputure images. Basically a dye is created by crushing, boiling and or extracting plant matter which will fade in UV Light. The Tones and colors of said Dyes are usually rather pale and everythign but archivable as they resulting image will continue to fade in light. While more than often this Methods is used to create reproductions and contact prints it can very much also be used for direct longtime exposure! While theoretically most plant matter can be used there are several Plants that have proven to be more effective than others.
